Job summary

Astro Studios, Inc. is seeking an Operating Model Consultant to work with multidisciplinary teams on health and life sciences client transformations. You will help design future-state operating models and create roadmaps that improve organizational performance across pharma, biotech, and broader healthcare settings.

You’ll collaborate with operators and executives, develop practical business cases, and drive enterprise-wide change initiatives using agile approaches and governance design.

Qualifications

• Experience with pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and patient-centered operating models.
• Experience in clinical development, R&D, or commercial transformation.
• Knowledge of governance, capability, and process design.
• Experience with enterprise and technology-enabled transformation.
• Experience with change delivery and agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

As an Operating Model Consultant, you’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges and help HLS clients transform how their organizations operate. You’ll contribute to high‑profile transformations while developing expertise in health and life sciences operating design and business transformation.

• Design future‑state operating models, including organizational structures, governance, capabilities, and ways of working.
• Analyze complex business challenges and develop practical recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops, working with clients from operational teams to executive leadership.
• Assess organizational capabilities, operating models, and ways of working to identify opportunities for improved performance and transformation.

Hybrid working
