Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Washington, DC is seeking an Operating Engineer to join our building operations team. You will maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in a busy office/retail environment.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience, trade school or union training, EPA certification, and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office. On-site schedule Monday to Friday 1:30pm–10:00pm, with on-call rotation and opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry.
• Trade school education, union training, military service or college is desirable.
• Universal CFC EPA certification or intent to achieve within first year (with JLL assistance).
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

The Operating Engineer supports operation, inspection and maintenance processes to mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems.You will work as part of an engineering team of 6 at a 1.7 square foot office/retail building in Washington DC.
