Space Screw Inc/TEK Manufacturing, a small machine shop in Spokane Valley, WA, is seeking a Swiss machine operator to join a friendly, professional team. You will operate Citizen Swiss machines in a production setting, ensuring close tolerance parts meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, is highly detail-oriented, and is willing to learn. Overtime and teamwork are valued as part of daily operations, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities

• Operating of Swiss machines
• Operation of machines in a production environment
• Ensure product quality and productivity meet company standards
• Prioritize and coordinate all tasks necessary to achieve close tolerance parts
• Manage duties related to the operation of Citizen machines and processes
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Preferred Skills + Experience

Compensation

Pay range: Operator /Level 1: $20.00 - $24.00/hour
Operator /Level 2: $24.01 - $29.00+/hour
Potential discretionary bonuses

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
