Job summary

Tech Mirrors is seeking an experienced OpenText Consultant with SAP integration to design, configure, and support OpenText ECM solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Content Server, Archive Server, Archive Center, and SAP integration.

You will work remotely on a contract basis, collaborate closely with SAP functional and technical teams, troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades and migrations, and prepare comprehensive technical documentation for end users.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with OpenText ECM solutions.
Strong knowledge of Content Server, Archive Server, and Archive Center.
Experience with OpenText administration and configuration.
Experience with OpenText APIs, Web Services, and integration tech.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement OpenText ECM solutions.
Integrate OpenText with SAP applications such as ECC and S/4HANA.
Configure and support OpenText Archive Server, VIM, Extended ECM, Archive Center.
Manage document archiving, retrieval, workflow, and lifecycle.
Develop interfaces between OpenText and SAP using ArchiveLink, RFC, BAPIs, Web Services, or REST.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams during implementation and support.
Perform system upgrades, patches, migrations, and performance tuning.
Prepare technical documentation and support end users.
