Inadev Corporation is seeking an experienced OpenShift Platform Engineer to design, operate, and secure a PaaS environment supporting critical SEC workloads in Reston, VA. The role emphasizes automation, platform reliability, and secure DevSecOps practices.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in platforms/infrastructure, 5+ years OpenShift/Kubernetes, and strong scripting with Ansible, Bash, and Python. Hybrid work schedule with occasional client location visits is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of platform, infrastructure, DevOps/DevSecOps, Linux, or systems engineering experience.
• 5+ years hands-on Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Ansible Automation Platform and infrastructure automation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required Public Trust suitability.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Willingness to a HYBRID schedule in Reston, VA & client locations.

Responsabilités

• Engineer, administer, and maintain enterprise Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes PaaS environments.
• Provide standardized, reusable platform services for deployment and operations.
• Manage OpenShift clusters, Operators, projects/namespaces, containers, networking, storage, certificates, and security configurations.
• Automate platform provisioning, configuration, maintenance, validation, and recovery using Ansible, Bash, Python, and IaC.
• Integrate OpenShift with CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines, registries, and source control.
• Support onboarding, deployments, configuration, troubleshooting, and runtime performance.
• Monitor platform availability, capacity, performance, health, logging, and resource utilization.
• Perform patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, and lifecycle management.
• Implement platform security controls per NIST, FISMA, Zero Trust, and SEC requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues across OpenShift, Linux, containers, networking, storage, and apps.
• Support backup, restoration, disaster recovery, and continuity-of-operations.
• Develop architecture docs, baselines, runbooks, SOPs, and recovery procedures.
