Job summary

Indotronix Avani Group is seeking an OpenShift Administrator to manage RedHat OpenShift clusters in production and non-production environments. The role includes 24x7 on-call production support, incident triage, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong Linux administration, scripting (Shell/Python), and experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitOps, ArgoCD) and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Experience administering RedHat OpenShift (v4.x preferred).
• Strong Linux system administration background.
• Scripting in Shell and/or Python required.
• Familiarity with CI/CD via Jenkins, GitOps, or ArgoCD.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• On-call production support experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support RedHat OpenShift clusters in production and non-production environments.
• Provide 24x7 on-call production support and incident triage.
• Develop and maintain shell/python scripts for automation and monitoring.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitOps, or ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Create and maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Ensure security, backup, and disaster recovery compliance.
• Platform monitoring using Dynatrace.
