Qualifications

• Must be 15 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member
• Excellent attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Set up the restaurant for opening: gather stock, open equipment, and prepare hot, fresh food
• Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Help customers order McDonald’s meals
• Prepare all McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
