Ophelia Tavern & Bar Top in Avondale Estates, GA is hiring Dishwashers/Kitchen Utility to join our opening team. You’ll help maintain a clean, organized BOH and support line cooks during busy service.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant dishwasher or kitchen utility experience preferred but not required.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintaining organized dish area.
• Willingness to assist the kitchen team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a steady flow of clean dishes and equipment during service.
• Sort and organize dirty and clean items; return to designated storage areas.
• Keep the dish machine and dish area clean and organized.
• Maintain proper sanitizer levels and follow sanitation procedures.
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning and waste disposal.
• Support line cooks and prep cooks with basic tasks as trained.
