Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Morning Shift Leader to guide sales and customer service in our Bel Air, MD location. You’ll advise on skincare products, assist tanning services, and lead a customer-focused team to achieve daily goals.

Competitive hourly pay $11–$15 with uncapped commission up to 15% based on performance. Flexible scheduling and a supportive, team-driven environment are offered, with employee discounts and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 18+ years old to join the team.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on premium skincare products and empower their beauty goals.
• Assist customers with tanning needs following guidelines to deliver a radiant, even result.
• Surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and earn commission.
• Keep the salon clean, organized and welcoming for every guest.
