Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is hiring opening crew members. The opening shift begins between 4 and 5 a.m.

You will help set up the restaurant, prep fresh produce, brew coffee and McCafé beverages, and assist guests with their orders to start their day right. You’ll work with crew and managers to meet daily goals, keep the restaurant looking great, and enjoy benefits including a starting wage of $12.00, discounted meals, free uniforms, and opportunities such as Archways to Opportunity tuition

Responsibilities

• Set up the restaurant for success by firing up equipment and ensuring everything is in its place.
• Prep produce to ensure the team has what it needs to serve customers.
• Greet guests and help them start their day with fresh coffee, tea, or McCafé beverages.
• Assist customers with ordering their McDonald’s meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Collaborate with crew and managers to meet daily goals.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
