Rocky’s Burgers, Franks & Fries in Fargo, ND is hiring Opening Prep Team Members to help set up for daily operations. You will assist in preparing fresh meals, stocking the kitchen, and working with a fast-paced team.

We offer flexible shifts, meal perks, and opportunities to grow within our family-driven local favorite. Starting at 8:00 AM, wage range is $15.00–$17.10 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous food prep or restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Available to start work at 8:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Food Prep & Assembly: Ensure ingredients are fresh and ready to go for daily service.
• Stock & Organize: Keep the kitchen fully stocked and clean to maintain efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside teammates to keep operations running smoothly.
• Inventory Assistance: Help track supplies and restock as needed.
• Follow Food Safety Standards: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to sanitation guidelines.
