Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Sanford, ME is hiring for shift managers to oversee opening or closing duties and to help drive high-level store performance. This role is a stepping stone to our Management Program and requires sound judgment, math skills, and multitasking.

Hours include 9am–5pm, 6pm, or 7pm starts. We offer both Full Time and Part Time options and will try to fit you into the schedule based on availability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage all aspects of a shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Ability to lead, multitask, and follow policies 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening or closing duties and ensure the store operates at a high level during the shift.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash handling, food prep, scheduling, and store cleanliness.

Job description

Opening shifts generally start at 9am and end at 5pm, 6pm or 7pm.We have these shifts available all week long.Full Time and Part Time Available.Tell us your availability and if hired, we will do our best to fit you into our schedule!

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• In addition: Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability.

General Job Duties For All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
