McDonald’s — a franchisee-operated restaurant in Aberdeen, NC — is hiring a Crew Team Member. You’ll connect with customers, help them order meals, and prepare McDonald’s World Famous food. Work with team members and managers to hit daily goals, while keeping the restaurant looking great.

Starting pay is $11–$12 per hour. Flexible schedules support part-time or full-time ambitions, and tuition assistance plus other benefits help you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member.
• Part-time and full-time availability depending on restaurant needs.
• Ability to learn and grow with quick training and life skills development.
