Northern Management Group is seeking bakers to join our Dunkin' network. We operate 27 locations and are expanding, with immediate openings for reliable team members.

Ideal candidates are 18+, friendly, able to work opening shifts from 3am–5am, and committed to great guest service. We offer competitive pay with tips, paid training, and benefits with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Prepare baked goods for daily service.
• Provide friendly guest service at the counter and drive-thru.
• Follow Dunkin standards and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with opening shift duties and cash handling as needed.
