Job summary

McDonald’s Crew Team Member position with an independent franchisee is a great entry into the hospitality industry. You’ll connect with customers to ensure a positive experience, assist with orders, and prepare all World Famous menu items in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with other crew and managers to hit daily goals, keep the restaurant clean and welcoming, and develop life skills that help you grow. Part-time or full-time roles available for ages 16+.

Job description

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, for example, when running the restaurant. However, this franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald’s USA. Pay $12.80-$14.00 per hour
