Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring for an Opening/Closing Team Member in Canonsburg, PA. You’ll help set up the restaurant each day, greet customers, take orders, and prepare McDonald’s World Famous food as part of a collaborative Crew.

You’ll work with Managers and other Crew to hit daily goals, enjoy top-notch training through Archways to Opportunity, and develop life skills while growing in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to provide friendly customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up the restaurant for the start of a productive day, including stocking and opening equipment.
• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
• Close down the restaurant, including doing dishes, carrying stock, shutting down machines, and sweeping and mopping.
• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.

All you’ll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast‑paced, team environment. We’ll teach you the rest.
