Job summary

Dan’s Management Co. has been a franchisee of Dunkin since 1974 with locations throughout Rhode Island and Connecticut. We are seeking motivated bakery team members to prepare bakery items, finish donuts, merchandise products, clean equipment and assist guests.

You will work as part of a team to have all menu items ready for opening at the designated time. The role requires friendly guest service, reliability, and the ability to operate restaurant equipment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).

Responsibilities

• Produces bakery products and finishes donuts.
• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service.
• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations.
• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment.
• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy.
• Maintains clean workstations and guest areas.
• Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully.
