Job summary

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks an obstetrics and gynecology generalist for a full-time faculty position at the Instructor level or above in the Highlands Ranch area. This role provides high-quality patient care across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings and includes teaching medical students and residents.

Eligible ranks include Instructor, Senior Instructor, Assistant Professor, and Associate Professor.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience or potential for teaching medical students and residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality obstetrics and gynecology care across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings.
• Participate in shared call coverage, including night and weekend calls.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and staff for coordinated care.
• Supervise and teach medical students and residents in clinical settings.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and pursue quality improvement initiatives.
• Engage in community outreach and patient education initiatives.
