Qualifications

• MD or equivalent required.
• Board-certification in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology or board-eligibility by start date.
• Dual certification in Medical Oncology and Hematology encouraged but not required.
• Internal Medicine board certification required if not board certified in Oncology/Hematology by start date.

Responsibilities

• Attend inpatient and outpatient services.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team care and clinical research at UVA Cancer Center.
• Teach fellows, residents and medical students as part of the educational mission.

Education

MD or equivalent

Board-certified in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology

Board-eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology

Internal Medicine board certification if not Oncology/Hematology certified
