Job summary

The Center for Arts at the University of Austin (UATX) invites applications for full- or part-time faculty positions in History, open to candidates at any academic rank. We seek historians focused on medieval to modern Britain and Europe, as well as 20th–21st century power politics.

Candidates should be enthusiastic about teaching across regions and centuries and may teach in other areas within the UATX curriculum such as literature, philosophy, theology, and art history.

Qualifications

• Willing to undertake research and undergraduate teaching within a liberal arts curriculum at the highest level.
