Qualifications

Doctorate in a biological science with college teaching experience in genetics and molecular biology.
For Lecturer rank, a Master’s degree with relevant teaching experience is required.
Familiarity with bioinformatics and genomics is preferred.

Responsibilities

Teach 24-30 contact hours per academic year in genetics, molecular biology, and general biology.
Provide student advising and mentoring; participate in course coordination and assessment.
Contribute to departmental and university service and scholarship activities.
Engage in ongoing professional development and implement inclusive teaching practices.
Attend mandatory departmental and university assessment activities; maintain integrity and collegial conduct.
