Qualifications

• PhD or doctoral equivalent in Immunology, Cancer Biology, Computational Biology or related field.
• Demonstrated track record in immune repertoire sequencing and single-cell genomics.
• Experience collaborating across basic, translational, and clinical research teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead computational immunology initiatives across basic, translational, and clinical programs.
• Develop workflows for reproducible analysis of cancer-immune cell interactions and microenvironments.
• Define strategies for TCR/BCR repertoire sequencing and integration with single-cell multi-omics and ML.
• Translate discoveries into biomarkers and therapeutics.
• Oversee development of computational tools and open-source software for immune profiling.
