Responsibilities

• Lead computational immunology initiatives including immunology and single-cell analytics.
• Develop workflows and AI-driven models for cancer cell–immune cell interactions.
• Define strategies for repertoire sequencing and integration with multi-omics data.
• Translate discoveries into biomarkers and therapeutic strategies.
• Oversee development of open-source tools for immune profiling and single-cell analysis.
• Collaborate with Mayo Clinic investigators and industry partners.
