Job summary

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Department of Dermatology, is seeking an open-rank general dermatologist to join our academic faculty in a 0.5–1.0 FTE role. The position emphasizes outpatient medical and procedural dermatology and development of a clinical niche.

The successful candidate should be board-certified/eligible, complete dermatology residency, and be eligible for Colorado licensure.

Qualifications

• MD/DO and completion of dermatology residency.
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
• Eligibility for licensure to practice in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad spectrum of dermatologic conditions.
• Perform dermatologic procedures including skin biopsies, cryotherapy, electrosurgery, and excisions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with other physicians.
• Supervise and teach residents, fellows, and medical students.
• Educate patients on skin health and sun protection.
