Job summary

The successful candidate will build a research program at the intersection of statistics, AI, design of experiments, and health, contribute to teaching, and seek external funding with collaboration across campus and industry.

Qualifications

• PhD in statistics (or related field) and a strong record of scholarship and teaching.
• Commitment to excellence in undergraduate and graduate education.
• Experience leading sizeable research initiatives and extramural funding is desirable.
• Ability to develop AI-enabled experimental methodology for health.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a high-impact research program in AI-enabled experimentation for health.
• Secure external funding as principal investigator or collaborator.
• Teach and mentor undergraduate and graduate students.
• Contribute service within the department, school and university.
