Job description

Access to Independence, Inc. is a disability-led organization that provides advocacy, resources and services for individuals of all disabilities and ages throughout four counties in south-central Wisconsin.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the overall success of programs and services provided by Access to Independence, which supports and empowers people of any type of disability, of any age, within a four-county region. The Assistant Director is also directly involved with leading and providing systemic advocacy, community outreach and organizational collaboration. As directed, the Assistant Director works in the absence of the Executive Director, when appropriate.

This is a full-time position with a regularly scheduled four-day workweek of 36 hours.
