Sign-On Bonus - $500

MRC is offering a $500 sign‑on bonus to eligible new employees hired into the Community Living Supports (CLS) Coach position.

Eligibility Criteria

• Apply for the CLS Coach position by October 31, 2026.
• Have not applied to MRC during the 12 months immediately preceding their application date.
• Have not worked for MRC during the 12 months immediately preceding their application date.
• Complete MRC's required hiring process and begin employment in the CLS Coach position.
• Have eligibility confirmed by HR and documented in their written employment offer.
• Current MRC employees transferring into the CLS Coach position are not eligible.

Payment Schedule

• $250 after completing 30 days of continuous employment.
• $250 after completing 90 days of continuous employment.

Employees must remain employed by MRC in the eligible CLS Coach position on the date each installment is paid. Payments will be processed through payroll on the first regular payroll following the applicable milestone and are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.

Employees whose employment ends before an installment is paid will not receive that installment. No partial or prorated payments will be made.

Offer Period

This offer applies to eligible applications received through October 31, 2026. Candidates who apply by that deadline may begin employment afterward. The offer's expiration does not affect scheduled payments for employees whose eligibility has been confirmed in their written employment offer.
