Job summary

Fisher Investments is seeking a Financial Writer (Ghostwriter) Specialist to educate employees, clients and investors through engaging articles. You will work with our writing staff and in-house research to craft persuasive Op-Ed pieces that reflect our market analysis approach.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years writing, including 1+ years in financial writing with ghostwriting experience. Exposure to overseas audiences and timely delivery is important.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of writing experience.
• 1+ years of financial writing experience.
• Must have Ghostwriting experience in persuasive (Op-Ed) articles.
• Experience communicating complicated topics in simple, non-academic terms.
• Experience editing for clarity, grammar, spelling, consistency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Write persuasive articles on a wide array of financial and economic topics in an Op-Ed format.
• Support high-volume output for firm use.
• Research unfamiliar financial topics using online and firm resources.
• Find creative ways to customize concepts for overseas audiences.
• Analyze financial media to identify trending topics.
