A leading apparel brand is seeking a full-time Women’s Product Designer to drive the future of its women's athleisure and performance apparel. The ideal candidate will blend trend-forward creative design with strong technical execution. Responsibilities include developing seasonal collections, conducting market research, and ensuring design intent throughout production. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design and over 3 years of relevant experience. The position is based in Charlottesville, VA, requiring onsite presence.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in women’s performance, athleisure, or activewear design.
• Experience designing full collections from concept through production.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric behavior.

Mansioni

• Partner with design leadership to build cohesive seasonal collections.
• Develop seasonal color palettes aligned across assortments.
• Conduct market and trend research within performance and athleisure categories.
• Collaborate with Technical Design during fit sessions.
• Maintain design intent from proto through final production.
