Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments for pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding women, infants, and children.
• Review height, weight, growth patterns, labs, and health history.
• Identify nutrition risks and determine eligibility per WIC guidelines.
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling based on participant needs.
• Document all services accurately in the WIC system.
