Job summary

My Health Onsite is hiring a licensed practical nurse to support our employer-sponsored health and wellness centers in Punta Gorda, FL. The role emphasizes patient-centered care with time to build relationships and a focus on prevention.

Schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with responsibilities including vital signs, basic nursing procedures, patient education, and accurate EMR documentation. A Florida LPN license and BLS are required, and we offer a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification required.
• Customer-focused with exceptional service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and escort to exam room.
• Obtain and record vital signs (BP, heart rate, pulse oximetry, height, weight, waist circumference).
• Educate patients about illness, treatment, prevention and health maintenance.
• Perform nursing duties including injections, EKGs and phlebotomy.
• Document assessments, actions and responses in the EMR.
