Job summary

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking an Application Developer (HTML/CSS) to join a collaborative team responsible for delivering project deliverables. The role requires effective communication across staff levels to report project status.

Candidates should have experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, 508 accessibility, and CMS/Drupal is preferred. This is a 100% onsite position near Joint Base Andrews, MD, with no third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with specialized technical knowledge or training.
• At least three years of experience writing computer software.
• Experience with HTML/CSS, JQuery, Bootstrap, 508 Accessibility, mobile view friendly, Adobe Photoshop (or similar).
• Experience with CMS and Drupal (Preferred).
• Experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks as listed in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Codes portions of complex applications to meet customer requirements.
• Prepares documentation, diagrams and logic flow charts.
• Translates design specifications into program instructions and conducts tests.
• Formulates recommendations on technical problems with minimal guidance.
