Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Wealth Advisor to join a small, established wealth management firm in Vero Beach, Florida. This fully onsite role supports client relationships, investment planning, and portfolio reviews while coordinating with custodians and outside professionals.

The ideal candidate is a licensed financial services professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering highly personalized service in a relationship-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Series 65 license required.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related environment.
• Experience managing or supporting client relationships within a high-touch financial services setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with wealth management clients, providing responsive, personalized service.
• Assist clients with investment management and broader financial planning needs.
• Prepare and review financial reports, account information, investment documents, and materials for client meetings.
• Support portfolio reviews, ongoing account management and investment-related activities.
• Communicate with clients regarding account updates, transactions, documentation, and service requests.
• Coordinate with custodians, investment providers, CPAs, attorneys, and other outside professionals as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and support the President and advisory team with day-to-day wealth management activities.
