Jacobs is seeking a Water/Wastewater Pipeline Resident Project Representative (RPR) to support on-site construction of critical water and wastewater infrastructure in New Mexico. You will observe, document, and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and owners to ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance.

You will monitor excavation, pipe laying, testing, and appurtenances, maintain field reports, and assist with change orders while ensuring environmental controls and safety practices

Competenze

• 8+ years in water, wastewater, underground utility, or pipeline construction.
• Experience as a Resident Project Representative, Construction Inspector, or Owner's Representative.
• Strong understanding of water distribution and wastewater collection systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• OSHA safety knowledge and strong written/verbal communication.

Mansioni

• On-site observation of pipeline construction to verify conformance.
• Document non-conforming work and deviations from plans or procedures.
• Conduct final inspections and punch-list item verification.
• Monitor installation of water/wastewater systems and testing.
• Assist with inspection of valves, manholes, and appurtenances.
• Ensure safety compliance and daily field reporting.
