Envita Solutions is seeking a Program Manager, Onsite to identify, implement, and maintain waste reduction, segregation, and reuse programs for a customer. The role oversees the on-site labor workforce and works closely with the customer’s Environmental Department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of waste management, recycling, environmental or TWM preferred.
• 3+ years of supervising or leading a team/hourly labor workforce preferred.
• 1+ years balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety is the top priority and follow company policies.
• Conduct daily site inspections and weekly RCRA inspections.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to improve waste management procedures.
• Manage recycling programs and the 90 day accumulation building.
• Schedule all waste shipments and track documentation for Environmental Department.
• Supervise supplier subcontractors and meet with partners to discuss disposal opportunities and pricing.
