Job summary

Relogistics is seeking an On-Site Manager to lead a pallet management site within a customer’s distribution center in Lugoff, SC. You will oversee 3–25 staff, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive operational excellence while fostering strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include hiring support with HR, supervising shifts, and reporting on site performance. A bachelor’s is preferred, with 5+ years in related fields and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in retail management, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Forklift Certification required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license to allow for travel, as required.
• Proficient in MS Office products.

• Monitor performance and workloads to meet expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Overview

As a Warehouse Manager, also known as an On-Site Manager, you’ll get to manage an entire site within a customer’s distribution center. You’ll have the opportunity to build/maintain the relationship with the customer, manage all operations required, and ensure high employee satisfaction for your team!

What You'll Do

• Manage all employees, both administrative and manufacturing, who may work multiple shifts, and can range in size from three to twenty-five employees

• Communicate goals, manage schedules, and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals

• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the site

• Train and develop associates, ensure they are following company policies, procedures, and standards

• Manage customer relationships for site

• Assist with the entire new hire process with dedicated Recruiter and Onboarding Team in HR

• Manages employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with Corporate HR team

• Analyze site data to make continuous improvements in operational excellence

• Draft reports, business correspondence, and procedural instruction manuals

• Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public

• Monitor each employee’s performance and workload to ensure expectations are met

• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required

• Retail/service industry experience is ideal

• May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs. to 75 lbs.
