MasTec Industrial in the Lubbock, TX area is seeking a Warehouse Manager to run all aspects of the corporate warehouse and fleet. You will plan, organize, and oversee receiving, storage, and distribution, while coordinating with project teams to meet resource needs.

The role requires hands-on leadership, 5+ years in industrial construction or warehouse operations, forklift certification, and a proven ability to manage budgets, assets, and safety programs.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years industrial construction or warehouse operations experience.
• Forklift certification or willingness to test.
• Experience with asset management and tracking software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and oversee warehouse operations.
• Procure and maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment fleets.
• Maintain accurate digital inventory control.
• Maximize utilization of owned assets and supplies.
• Maintain physical security of stored materials.
• Ship project tools and equipment to sites.
• Coordinate logistics and tracking as needed.
• Implement cost reduction in warehouse activities and fleet operations.
• Brief team leaders monthly on needs and concerns.
• Maintain department budget and assist with cost projections.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
