Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
• Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Ability to interpret data and feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Define user interactions ensuring smooth transitions and feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
• Maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Ensure designs are inclusive and optimized for various devices.

Skills
