Welo Data is seeking a Data Labeling Associate (Turkish Speakers) for a 1-year, on-site position in the United States. You will evaluate AI outputs, provide structured feedback, and help improve model performance through careful data quality reviews.

The role requires native-level English, a university degree, 1–2 years of writing experience, and comfort working with evolving guidelines. This is a full-time, 40-hour week role with no visa sponsorship.

Formación

• Native English proficiency and a university degree.
• 2+ years of experience with technical writing or structured writing.
• Experience with GenAI data safety considerations.
• Ability to follow guidelines and apply complex rules.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights.
• Participate in team discussions and calibrations.
• Partner with leads to refine quality standards.
• Document findings clearly and concisely.
