Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Trimble Operator to perform on-site layout using CAD-generated points and Trimble RTS. The role involves coordinating with BIM/Drafting, evaluating conditions with the project team, and maintaining field files for accurate layouts.

The candidate should be proficient with Trimble Field Link and RTS, have strong construction knowledge, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment with good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BIM software and electronic document exchange.
• Ability to review and understand contract drawings, installation drawings and specs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be on the job and ready to work at the designated project start time.
• Ensure Trimble RTS and accessories for layout stay maintained and in working order.
• Prepare files for the Trimble RTS for layout.
• Log point quantities.
• Meet with project and GC team onsite to evaluate conditions of control points and any other needed information to perform layout.
• Collaborate with BIM/Drafting to ensure files are accurate for layout.
• Liaise between BIM team and project team regarding as‑builts or existing conditions.
• Update point files with all field conditions or changes.
• Provide efficient and accurate layout to the field utilizing Trimble RTS.
