Job summary

Ventura Foods in Waukesha, WI seeks a Plant Training Coordinator to design, develop, and execute a wide range of Learning & Development processes and programs. You will own the end-to-end delivery of training events, using LMS/LCMS systems and various design software to create highly engaging learning experiences.

You will work cross-functionally, gathering information from SMEs, and ensuring training aligns with enterprise needs and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a professional Learning & Development role in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of LMS/LCMS and learning design software.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs learners-focused eLearning, ILT, and virtual training materials; maintains familiarity with Articulate 360 and video editing tools.
• Collaborates with SMEs to revise or create SOPs and job aids for effective learning content.
• Manages end-to-end training projects including needs assessment, charter, timelines, and KPIs.
• Delivers higher-level training in Functional Excellence and Leadership programs and supports learning events with SMEs.
• Captures training assets using A/V tools and ensures alignment with company policies and brand.
• Performs coordinator duties as required.
