Job summary

Power Plus in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to manage onsite temporary power installations from quote to completion. You will provide technical estimates, site layouts, and serve as the primary contact for production crews and the superintendent.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in electrical or construction, solid Microsoft Office skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in electrical, construction, or related industries with customer-service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret electrical theory/design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Power Plus as the expert in temporary utilities and serve as the customer’s primary technical contact.
• Provide ongoing technical support to the Sales team for accounts.
• Represent all product lines to new and existing customers.
• Make technical site visits to customers and other organizations.
• Gather customer information and help develop products that meet needs.
• Communicate with diverse teams across organizations.
• Ensure equipment is set per plan/contract and document site details.
• Assist with tickets and daily planning with Dispatch/Scheduler.
