Valor Healthcare in Copperas Cove, TX, seeks a Telehealth Technician/LPN to join the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). This on-site role offers a weekday schedule, a competitive salary, and three weeks of PTO to start.

You will work with the PACT team to deliver patient care via telehealth modalities, document in EMR, perform nursing assessments, and support front desk duties as needed. Strong English and VA-clinic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in practical nursing from an approved program.
• Minimum 1 year of LPN/LVN experience in primary or ambulatory care.
• Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of employment; VA contract may vary.
• Valid BLS certification; ACLS as required by contract.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Proficient computer skills and EMR experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide telehealth nursing care and education to patients with chronic conditions.
• Coordinate telehealth scheduling with VA and clinic staff.
• Perform nursing assessments and document in EMR.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with training requirements.
