Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the project management field.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA preferred.
• PMP or PMI certification with 2-4 years experience.
• Flexible/adaptable with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience delivering tech and business solutions in large multi‑platform environments.

Responsibilities

• Develops, tracks and manages project budget, project plans, timelines and scope.
• Manage project resources including procuring staff, mentoring and advising partners.
• Lead teams of developers to deliver high‑quality software solutions.
• Define test plans and ensure products are defect free before UAT.
• Facilitate UAT, rollout plans and procedures.
• Prepare and present cost‑benefit analyses; ensure proper processes are used.
• Lead SAP ecosystem initiatives and collaborate with logistics stakeholders.
• Coordinate complex application development and integration across factory systems.
• Leverage SDLC knowledge to support project delivery and system enhancements.
