Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Undertake a range of administrative and support tasks for the Large Caliber Ammunition Supply Chain department.
• Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action and build productive internal/external relationships.
• Must be comfortable working autonomously and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines.
• Recommend process improvements identified during the internship.
• May also support the documentation and updates of procedures or work instructions.
• Support team and follow ITAR, FAR, DFAR, CPSR processes with: Purchase order management; Track open reqs to ensure timely PO transition; Run supplier monthly reports; Run monthly cost savings reports; Run monthly reports as required; Maintain Supplier forecasts.
