Job summary

Russell Tobin partners with a healthcare and medical device organization to identify a Supply Chain Analyst for an onsite role near Forest City, IA. The analyst will manage intercompany orders, analyze data, and develop reporting to support demand planning, inventory, and financial reporting.

Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years of supply chain experience and SAP ERP proficiency; advanced analytics such as Power BI and SQL are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience with SAP ERP.
• Knowledge of supply planning, demand planning, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and/or import/export.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand end-to-end supply chain impacts.

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany orders from order entry through fulfillment.
• Investigate and resolve backorders, shortages, delays, and supply chain exceptions using root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain reporting supporting demand planning, order management, inventory management, supply planning, and financial reporting.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, gaps, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Utilize SAP ERP and other enterprise systems to research transactions, analyze inventory and supply information, monitor orders, and support operational decisions.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transportation, Finance, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Support continuous improvement through data analysis, process evaluation, root-cause analysis, and best-practice sharing.
