Job&Talent US in Windsor, CT is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to lead a busy warehouse team at a world-class facility. This full-time role offers hourly pay and opportunities to influence daily operations and staffing decisions.

You will monitor KPIs, manage headcount, coach staff, and coordinate staffing with NRC, while ensuring safety and adherence to standards.

• Recent experience supervising a team of 20+ employees in a warehouse setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment and knowledge of warehouse types.
• Experience being measured on team performance and meeting company standards.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing requirements and manage daily headcount.
• Oversee employee relations, coaching, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor KPIs such as fill rates, cost per piece, and on-time attendance.
• Coordinate with the NRC for staffing needs and contingency planning.
• Hire and train lead staff, quality control personnel, and forklift operators.

Job description

Salary: USD20 - USD22 per hour

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Night Shift Supervisor to work with a leading logistics company in Windsor. This role is based at a world-class facility where you will be rewarded for your hard work and leadership.

Shift patterns:

• Monday through Saturday 11AM - 6PM

Pay rates:

• 20.00 - 22.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Night Shift Supervisor:

• Recent experience supervising a team of 20 or more employees, including details of when and where the experience was gained.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including details of the type of warehouse.
• Experience being measured on team performance and ability to meet company standards.

Desirable requirements for Night Shift Supervisor:

• Ability to operate a forklift
• Experience in Quality Control
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems

Role for Night Shift Supervisor:
