Job summary

Oceaneering invites students to join a paid Summer Internship Program in Houston, focused on Grayloc engineering and project management. You’ll assist with day-to-day tasks, create reports, organize SharePoint, and develop procedures under a mentor’s guidance to connect classroom learning with real-world applications.

Open to students pursuing Engineering, Project Management, or related fields, the program emphasizes hands-on experience, teamwork, and professional growth in a leading offshore

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication (writing and documentation) skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, or project management tools is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project tracking, scheduling, and status reporting.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and action item logs.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support project reviews.
• Organize and maintain project files and SharePoint documentation.
• Support process improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams on project deliverables.
• Assist with data collection, KPI tracking, and project metrics reporting.
• Support the development of procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to team discussions.
