Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated interest in construction management and willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
• Previous exposure to construction projects through work experience, internships, or trade-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field operations, safety, site coordination, and quality documentation.
• Support estimating activities, quantity takeoffs, pricing analyses, and cost estimates.
• Maintain daily logs, site photos, progress reports, RFIs, submittals, and document control.
