Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Operate and monitor building energy management systems.
• Plan, inspect, and manage workload and quality.
• Coordinate with PCC and report to PM.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain documentation and boundary of CBA requirements.
• Perform as General Maintenance Worker when needed.
• Plan and lead installation and repair of refrigeration and environmental control systems.
